We are pleased to announce that on the 14th September Yvette Benn joined us as a Partner and as a member of our Commercial and Residential Property Team.
She studied law at the University of Plymouth and undertook her post graduate education at the University of the West of England. She then spent a number of years in commercial departments of Kitson Hutchings and Nash & Co.
Yvette has a wide range of commercial and residential property expertise and has acted for a number of residential and commercial developers in their acquisition of sites, and their subsequent development and disposal. Other areas of expertise include the granting, taking, transferring and termination of leases, and property management, including licences to assign subleases and break notices.
Yvette comments on her new venture "It was my desire to be a part of a firm which is growing and would satisfy my aspirations for increased responsibility and new challenges. I am delighted to have accepted the offer to join Woollcombe Yonge as Partner. The property team members are highly skilled, experienced and completely focused on looking after their clients".

Also joining the firm is trainee solicitor Luke Fisher. He will train with us for the next two years.
