Powers of Attorney

If you have property, savings and other financial or personal assets then serious consideration should be given to making a power of attorney. The power can be given to friends, relatives and professional connections to enable them to look after your money, property and other assets should you become physically or mentally incapable of doing so due to illness or accident. This is not something that should be considered only by the elderly. Unfortunately incapacity can strike at any age and this can leave your family and dependents in a very difficult situation which can easily be avoided by going down the very simple and cost effective route of creating a power of attorney.
