We understand that the breakdown of a marriage or relationship is often difficult, painful and stressful. More than anything our Family Team understands this and places great importance on listening to you and dealing with you sympathetically. The team also recognises that it is important to resolve disputes quickly and sensibly without making the situation worse than it is already. We also understand that you need to know what is going on and to have the opportunity to speak to us whenever you need to.
We will work to suit your budget. This will involve an initial fact finding interview and our level of involvement can be tailored to suit your personal budget. Public funding may sometimes be available for various aspects of family law advice and we will discuss this with you when we first meet.
We cover a full range of family problems and disputes and we act for clients from all backgrounds. Some of the staff in our family team are members of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, Resolution (which used to be called the Solicitors Family Law Association) and the Law Society’s Children Panel.
