Criminal Defence Solicitor - ideally candidate should be a Duty Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE and either holding or interested in obtaining Higher Rights Qualification. Needed to join busy team. Will be required to undertake police station work, preparation and representation in both Magistrates and Crown Court cases. Attend and represent persons at Prison Disciplinary hearings.
