Introducing Will Giles

Will helps unhappy people out of unhappy relationships. Will recognises that the breakdown of a family relationship can take a significant toll on all family members, both financially and emotionally.

Separating couple are often afraid of what the future will hold for them. Where will they live? Does the house have to be sold? Is it possible for each to have a home? What income will each have? When will the children spend time with each parent? Do they have to go to court? How much will it all cost? Do I have to say nasty things about the other party to get what I want? These fears often leave people confused and uncertain of what the future holds for them and there can appear to no light at the end of the tunnel.

From the outset Will aims to provide clear answers to these questions and to consider with you a range of options as to how to resolve these issues and to explain the range of outcomes in relation to your own personal situation. Will takes a constructive and solution based approach with the intention of reaching a settlement between you.

Will is an accredited mediator and collaborative lawyer, reflecting the amicable and constructive approach he favours in relation to family separation.
