We assist services personnel with police interviews (services police or civilian) and we subsequently represent them at Courts Martial or at the civilian Courts (Magistrates and Crown Courts).

Taking early advice from us and asking us to attend police interviews with you is strongly recommended. Public funding is usually available for interviews with services and civilian police. Public funding is also often available for Courts Martial and other offences which are heard before the civilian courts.
